Elevating the Atlas Experience

We are propelling our organization to new heights through ELEVATE Atlas. This forward-thinking endeavor focuses on optimizing our ways of working, internal systems and processes to drive superior business outcomes while enhancing the quality of the employee experience.

As part of our ongoing ELEVATE initiative, we prioritize targeted initiatives, such as employee development and engagement programs, that elevate the service and support we provide to each other at every step of our journey. We also actively listen to and gather feedback from our employees. Our strategy ensures that employees have diverse channels to share their thoughts and contribute their voices on a range of topics.

Employee Resource Groups

Through our dynamic Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), we continue to celebrate the many diverse talents and backgrounds of our team members while providing valuable learning and development opportunities. Our current ERGs include:

  • Women’s Network, our inaugural ERG founded in 2018, is designed to facilitate networking and professional development opportunities for women, supporting their growth and contributing to the organization’s success.
  • PRISM, our LGBTQ+ ERG launched in 2023, dedicated to fostering a culture of acceptance and inclusivity at Atlas.
  • Atlas Welcome Group, serving as a vital resource and knowledge hub for orienting new hires and internal transfers, ensuring a seamless integration into our company culture and values.

Attracting and Developing Top Talent

We believe it is our responsibility to contribute to the continuous improvement and economic development in the areas in which we operate. Our teams are actively involved in initiatives focused on providing opportunity in key regions, and we continue to improve our relationships with our partner organizations to maximize our impact at the local level. This includes partnering with schools and industry organizations to develop a strong and diverse talent pipeline for high demand roles for today as well as the future of Atlas and our industry.

Our employee development program, LIFT, helps individuals adopt growth mindsets and own their career development to achieve their aspirations.
